Developed Ideas
Projects that are either nearer to completion, or at a stage where I am unlikely to make any further edits in the near future. I hope to move more and more projects here from the WiP page over time, and likely remove works from here as well as time passes, Rebooting or remaking them as I improve.
Made in blender, Model of pagoda, Sakura trees and Naginata by me, Katana, Shinto gate and debris by Adriano Montecalvo. Blockout layout by Geoff Merson, and final animation by Adriano Montecalvo. Winter 2017 Semester. A short animation of the aftermath of a battle in a small Japanese town.I was in charge of some of the larger and ultimately more complicated models, such as the pagoda and the trees. The tree modeling made use of unity particle systems, hairs and weight painting, I would go on to use this again in the near future. Hard Surface modelling. At this point I was still not accustomed to Modelling practices so the Pagoda is made up of many individual parts. Including Individual Tiles which were then joined together to make the roofs.Adriano Montecalvo handled the snow and smoke particles. Models textured in Substance painter by respective modellers
Some examples of Models I made and have no plans on returning to as they currently are: they may someday return as new projects. From creature and ship experiments, to Prototype game assets and just ideas that may be implemented in other projects. Notable missing pieces are models I made during my Internship at Twinsoft which I am unable to Host here due to NDA.
